Women's Academy Wales isn't built around collecting members or filling networking rooms. We are building an ecosystem of empowerment where women are encouraged to learn, collaborate, champion one another, share expertise, create opportunities, and drive meaningful change. Everything we do is centred around growth, purpose, impact, and community because we believe that when women rise together, extraordinary things happen.

Membership is open to women from all backgrounds, industries, career stages, and walks of life who are looking to grow, connect, and make an impact.

No. Our members include employees, managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, freelancers, career changers, and women who simply want to invest in themselves and their future.

Membership is available on an individual basis only.

As a Women's Academy Wales member, you'll receive:

• 4 online masterclasses per year
• Access to masterclass recordings through our members' portal

Members receive four online masterclasses each year:

• January: Goal Setting
• April: Mindset
• July: Mindset & Pivoting
• October: Reflect & Reset

If you join after one or more masterclasses have already taken place, you'll receive access to the recordings through the members' portal, ensuring you don't miss out on any of the content.

Yes. Every member receives a private login to access member-exclusive content, including masterclass recordings and resources.

We're currently developing an exclusive membership directory that will help members connect, collaborate, and support one another.

Yes. A member welcome pack is currently being developed and will be available soon.

We do things differently.

Rather than offering traditional monthly networking meetings, we create inspiring, engaging, and thought-provoking experiences throughout the year that are designed to empower, educate, and connect women.

Our events are built around meaningful conversations, personal growth, professional development, and community impact.

Many events offer discounted member pricing. All members receive first access to book before tickets are released more widely.

Yes. Women's Academy Wales events are exclusively for women.

Absolutely. We actively encourage members to become part of our Resident Expert Panel (REP) and share their expertise, insights, and experiences through our events, workshops, and masterclasses.

The Resident Expert Panel is a group of members who bring specialist expertise to our community.

REPs may be invited to contribute to events, masterclasses, discussions, and other opportunities to support and inspire fellow members.

Annual membership is currently available at the introductory price of £49 per year.

Is VAT included? No. VAT is not included in the membership fee and is not currently applicable.

Membership operates on an annual basis from January through to December.

Membership is renewed annually. Members will be contacted with renewal information before the start of the next membership year.

Membership can be cancelled at renewal. Membership fees are non-refundable.

No. Membership fees are non-refundable. Can I transfer my membership to someone else? No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Yes, where appropriate and aligned with the values of our community.

We are passionate about supporting our members and sharing relevant opportunities, offers, services, and expertise that will benefit the wider Women's Academy Wales network.

Where appropriate, we actively signpost and refer members within our network and community.

Yes. All members are expected to uphold the values of Women's Academy Wales and contribute positively to our supportive, inclusive, and empowering community.
